Ringo Services, Inc.’s founding members have extensive experience in all facets of Integrated Facility Management. In 2016 they joined forces to create a unified entity that integrates these specialties under a single roof. Ringo Services, Inc. is certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and is a member of the Michigan Minority Contractors Association.

Dan Ringo, J.D.
Dan Ringo, J.D.President and CEO
Dan has nearly 20 years of experience in operations management beginning with his military enlistment in the United States Air Force. While serving our country Dan achieved the rank of E-4, Senior Airman and was awarded numerous medals and distinctions before discharging in 1997. Dan holds a City of Detroit Stationary Engineer First Class License, City of Dearborn Chief Engineer License and a City of Detroit Unlimited Journeyman License. Dan has managed facility operations for both public and private organizations spanning over 15 million square feet including education, Class A and retail offices. Dan-led operational teams have a track record of success achieving LEED certifications and APPA level benchmarks. He has won several awards including Michigan Chronicle 40 Under 40, Who’s Who in Black Detroit, Sodexo Gold and Silver Spirit of Progress and Service, as well as several awards of distinction during his time in the United States Air Force. Dan is committed to serving the communities he resides in. He has served as President of the Edmonson Academy Board, Secretary of the Aisha Shuler Board and he is currently seated on the Board for White Academy located in the city of Detroit. Dan has served on the Detroit Public Schools $500 Million Bond Oversight Committee for renovations and new construction projects. While in Chicago, Dan served on the Executive Committee for the CARA Program. Cara prepares and inspires motivated individuals to break the cycles of homelessness and poverty, transform their lives, strengthen our communities, and forge paths to real and lasting success. Dan earned an Associate Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelors of Arts in Technology from Wayne State University and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University School of Law.
Alex Riley
Alex RileyChief Operating Officer
Alex serves as Chief Operating Officer at Ringo Services. Alex is a graduate of the University of Michigan holding both a B.S.E. in Industrial & Operations Engineering and a B.S. in Mathematics. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), Certified Snow Professional (CSP), Advanced Snow Manager (ASM), Certified Pesticide Applicator, Asbestos Abatement Contractor/Supervisor, and holds various construction, landscaping, and snow removal licenses and certifications.

Alex’s companies have been recognized in Fortune, INC, Entrepreneur, and Crain’s Detroit Business. Alex has been selected as member of Crain’s “20 in their 20s” and was awarded Michigan “Young Entrepreneur of the Year”.

Paul Kaser
Paul KaserChief Financial Officer
Paul Kaser serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Ringo Services. Paul attended the University of Michigan Ann Arbor graduating with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a founding partner of MeritHall Inc & Detroit Training Center. Founded in 2011, MeritHall has been honored as an Inc 500 recipient in 2015 at #165 Nationally and #1 in Michigan in five year growth rate. In 2016 MeritHall achieved 4th nationwide using the same metric in the Inner City 100 Competition, while also receiving special recognition from Chevron for its impact in the Detroit community. Founded in 2012, Detroit Training Center provides vocational training across a variety of blue collar industries. DTC’s big break came in 2015 when it won the grand prize of the inaugural Motor City Match program, and followed that up by winning the grand prize for the NEIdeas program in the fall of 2016. Paul lives in midtown. Detroit.
